What Matters Most?

I recognized that it doesn't matter if a guy is sexy, funny, smart, charismatic and rich if he doesn't make you feel safe to communicate openly, safe to trust his commitment and loyalty, or safe to be your fullest self. A relationship of shared virtue where each partner challenges and supports the other to bloom into their best possible selves. -Karen Salmansohn

A great quote about relationships. A guide to singles in their quest for partners in life. A reflection to the married peole, their commitment and loyalty to their significant other.

What is the status of your family relationships? Your relationship with your spouse, do you share, do you support each other?

After all looks does not matter, what is important in life is open communication and safe to trust his commitment and loyalty.

Defense of the Family is a Priority

Pope Benedict XVI asked the bishops of the region of the Brazilian state of Sao Paulo to forge a strong commitment to life, now threatened by ideologies and behaviors which is reducing it to a commodity.

Speaking to the bishops at the end of their Ad Limina visit, the Pope noted that marriage between a man and a woman, a sign of God’s love and foundation of society is a fundamental dimension of the human person and cannot be reduced to a field of medical and scientific techniques.

As bishops, concluded the Pope, we must always remember the sacred and transcendent character of human life because life from conception to natural death belongs to God.
This is a challenge for all of us.  To forge a strong commitment to life.  That marriage between man and a woman is a sign of GOD's love and foundation of society.  Take note that life from conception to natural death belongs to GOD.
